Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in, purchasing access to, or otherwise participating in the LA Rams Fans Community Partners Program (the “Program”), you (“Participant,” “Partner,” or “Community Partner”) expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibilities, which govern all aspects of the Program:

  1. No Guarantee of Results
    While the Program provides promotional exposure opportunities to the @LARamsFans community, which currently exceeds 40,000 followers on Instagram, neither @LARamsFans nor its representatives, agents, affiliates, or One Eleven Love Holdings LLC make any warranties, promises, or guarantees of any kind regarding specific outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, customer traffic, revenue, brand awareness, or engagement. All results vary, and participation is undertaken with the understanding that no particular outcome is assured.

  2. Analytics
    @LARamsFans can provide you with reporting for an additional fee. You can contact us about custom reports for your business. This program does not provide any analytics, performance reporting, metrics, demographic data, or other internal account information to participants. Any statistics, examples, or averages displayed publicly on promotional materials or this page are strictly illustrative and non-binding. Participant agrees and understands that no further data, insights, or post-campaign reporting will be shared under any circumstances.

  3. Participant Obligations: Information Submission
    Upon purchase, an automated email will be sent to the address used at checkout, containing a link to the required submission form. Participant is solely responsible for checking their inbox, promotions folder, and spam/junk folder for this message. The form requires, at minimum: (a) a business photo, (b) description of the discount or freebie (minimum 10–15% off or equivalent freebie required), (c) Instagram handle, and (d) business address if applicable.

    If the Participant cannot locate the email, they must proactively contact ramsfans@gmail.com for assistance. Failure to complete and return the form will prevent @LARamsFans from running any promotions. Participant acknowledges that without submission of required information, no promotions can be delivered, and no refunds, credits, or liability will arise as a result.

  4. Activation and Timing of Promotions
    Campaign activity begins only after all required information and materials have been received. The scheduling of Instagram story features, highlight inclusions, and feed announcements is determined solely by @LARamsFans. Story features may rotate across various times (gameday, midweek, or post-game) to diversify audience reach. The creative execution, formatting, tagging, and visual style of promotions are fully controlled by @LARamsFans.

  5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Credits
    All payments are final and strictly non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, deferrals, substitutions, or credits will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed. This applies regardless of outcomes, timing, or Participant’s own business changes. Payment secures the opportunity for promotional placement but does not entitle the Participant to rescind participation.

  6. Editorial Control
    While Participant may submit materials, @LARamsFans retains full editorial control, including but not limited to image selection, graphic design, copywriting, formatting, scheduling, and tagging. Participant acknowledges that @LARamsFans’ judgment regarding creative and timing is final.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, @LARamsFans, its representatives, affiliates, contractors, and One Eleven Love Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program. This includes, without limitation, lost revenue, lost profits, reputational harm, or missed business opportunities. Participant’s exclusive remedy is limited solely to the value of the payment made, subject to the no-refund provisions outlined above.

  8. Program Modifications and Termination
    @LARamsFans reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in Instagram platform policies, NFL scheduling, internal business strategy, or other circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be issued.

  9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
    By submitting payment, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, and that they voluntarily release and hold harmless @LARamsFans, its representatives, and One Eleven Love Holdings LLC from any and all liability related to participation. Participant further acknowledges that this is a business-to-business arrangement for advertising exposure only, and not a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

This Program is operated by One Eleven Love Holdings LLC.
